Although your idea is good, Nvidia specifically has a code in it graphics processors that allows them to perform other duties other than display graphics. As far as I know ATI does not have such coding embedded on their processors. Therefore, its not that the program doesnt support ATI, its that Nvidia can give an advantage where ATI cannot.

Thanks for comment, but maybe if use ATI original coder with your interface, then will you win. Because here is a free program, what based on ATI converter, and free, and faster like ATI's program (look picture):
